NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Minister of National Security the Hon. Wayne Munroe; Minister of Education and Technical and Vocational Training the Hon. Glenys Hanna Martin; Commissioner of Police Shanta Knowles; and Lead Designate for the Bahamas Wildlife Enforcement Network (BahWEN) Commander Desiree Corneille speak at the Clear, Hold and Build Press Conference, held in the Office of the Prime Minister Press Room, on February 24, 2025.   The Cross Government Gang Task Force hosted the press conference; and a number of Cabinet Ministers, senior Government officials and stakeholders were in attendance.   'Clear, Hold, and Build' is an initiative to 'clear' out gangs from neighbourhoods, 'hold' the communities through ongoing, relentless police presence, and 'build' not just roads and buildings, but opportunities, futures, and hope.
