These services would involve updating or revising the existing compendium of Customs legislation to ensure compliance with present or pending international treaty obligations (i.e. the Economic Partnership Agreement and the World Trade Organization). The expected duration of the consultancy is four months. The selected candidate is expected to be an individual or firm qualified to practice in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with extensive experience in customs matters
