These services would involve updating or revising the existing compendium of Customs legislation to ensure compliance with present or pending international treaty obligations (i.e. the Economic Partnership Agreement and the World Trade Organization).
The expected duration of the consultancy is four months.
The selected candidate is expected to be an individual or firm qualified to practice in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with extensive experience in customs matters
no later than 12:00:00 AM EDT on or before April 15, 2011
1.The original, along with three (3) copies of the completed proposal must be placed in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Legal Consultancy” and 2.Persons submitting bid are invited to be present for the Tender opening. (See other important dates below) 3.The /MOF_Content/Agencies/Customs Department,/MOF_Content/Agencies/Finance, Ministry of reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
