  • Licensed Financial & Corporate Service Provider
  • Citizens/Residents with a valid credit or debit card (Is currency an issue i.e. B$ or US$)

Process

  1. Registration at the Government Portal (receive access codes)
  2. Logon to Registry Services
  3. Select Reserve an International Business Company name
  4. Enter company details
  5. Enter Credit or Debit Card information
  6. After approval, print receipt
  7. Select Incorporate an International Business Company
  8. Enter Name Reservation number
  9. Complete Incorporation form
  10. Enter Credit or Debit Card information
  11. After approval, print receipt
  12. Print incorporation certificate and documents
