  1. To reserve an International Business Company name
  2. To reserve a Regular Company name

Eligibility

  1. Licensed Financial & Corporate Service Provider
  2. Citizens/Residents with a valid credit or debit card (Is currency an issue i.e. B$ or US$)

Process

  1. Registration at the Government Portal (receive access codes)
  2. Logon to Registry Services
  3. Select type of company to be reserved
  4. Enter company details
  5. Enter Credit or Debit Card information
  6. After approval, print name reservation

No supporting documents are required for this service.

Turn-around time 

  1. Immediately if name is available,
  2. 48 hours for manual intervention

Deadline

Reservation is good only for 28 days plus 2 extensions of 14 days each
