The Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation provides training and farming / livestock information to farmers and other persons interested in farming initiatives and the Food Processing Department also conducts training courses in food processing (jams, jellies, sauces, peppers, etc.) for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) throughout the Bahamas. Whenever new events arise, they are posted in the events section of the BAIC’s website to sensitize the public.
Eligibility
Interested persons must be Bahamian nationals or have permanent resident status here in The Bahamas.
Process
- Fill out and submit a registration form. Please note that this is only for those events that require registration. Forms may be submitted at the BAIC’s offices, as outlined below.
- Attend scheduled training sessions for the required duration.
