This service is intended to provide animal welfare services and address all stray, roaming or nuisance animals in islands of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas covered under the Animal Protection and Control Act, 2010 (enforced only in New Providence and Grand Bahama). Facilitate annual inspections for all Animal Holding Facilities in collaboration with the Veterinary Services Unit and enforce mandatory annual dog licensing.

For Dog Licensing:

1. Applicant completes Application to Obtain Dog License Form
2. Applicant pays appropriate licensing fee.
3. Applicant receives receipt and dog license tag.
