Compressor Permit

This permit allows Bahamian citizens to use compressors to harvest spiny lobster or crawfish.

Eligibility

Applicant must be a Bahamian Citizen.

Process

  1. Complete and submit the relevant application form.
  2. Submit the relevant supporting documents to the Department of Marine Resources.
  3. Pay required fee.
  4. The permit will be issued to the applicant after payment of fee.

  2. Proof of undertaking formal dive training by provision of a Dive Certification Card.
  3. Copy of passport or Voters Card.
