To enable customers to apply and pay online to register a dock, groin, mooring and pipeline situated in The Bahamas.

Eligibility

Property owners with a private, commercial or industrial dock, groin, mooring and/ or pipeline in The Bahamas.

Process

  1. Click the Docks, Groins, Moorings and Pipelines Application form link found in the Application Form(s) section of this page.
  2. Complete and submit the application form with the supporting documents listed in the Supporting Documents section of this page.
  3. Follow email instructions on how to pay online using DigiPay platform.
  4. Contact Port Office at 322-8832 or portcustomerservice@bahamas.gov.bs for all inquiries

Visit www.depp.gov.bs for more information on obtaining a Certificate of Environmental Clearance from the The Department of Environmental Planning and Protection.

• For new applications: Up to 1 month • For renewal applications: 3-7 business days
