Incorporation of an Exempted Limited Partnership

Registered Agents can register an exempted limited partnership at the Companies Section of the Registrar General’s Department.

Eligibility

A Registered Agent who has a Financial and Corporate Service Providers Licence through the Securities Commission.
An ELP must have a Partner such as a company or individual.

Process

The applicant should obtain the relevant supporting documents and submit to the Company’s Registry section of the Registrar General’s Department.
Pay the incorporation fee.
