Eligibility

There are no eligibility criteria for this service.

Process

1. Applicant completes and submits the Application for Licence to Import Goods - Plants and Flowers.
2. Applicant pays the relevant fee.
3. After approval, the applicant will be issued with the permit.
4. Applicant submits permit and phyto-sanitary certificate from the exporting country to an Agricultural Officer or Customs Officer at the port of entry.
    

Note: Family Island residents should apply to the resident Extension Officers (where applicable) or the Family Island Administrator for this service.

1. For Commercial Traders, a valid Business Licence is required.
2. Phyto-sanitary Certificate from country of export.
